Hi everyone, this is my first time to conduct a contest and hopefully, lots of bloggers will participate. Below are the requirements to join this simple contest.

  1. Spread the word. Yes, just like any blog contest out there, you just need to create an article about this contest. Share the news to your friends, to your readers, and to everyone interested. I don’t require any minimum number of words, but I need you to create two sets of anchor texts for me. The first is “Pinoy Dreamer” linking to my homepage, and the other is “Pinoy Dreamer Contest” linking to this page. These links have a purpose and I will explain it full in the succeeding paragraphs.
  2. After completing the article, comment on this post containing the url of your entry for the contest.
  3. That’s it. You are not really required to make a separate post in this contest, at your option, you can just integrate this with any related article that you have.

How the Contest Works?

Your single entry will enter two phases of this contest. The first is a raffle worth 2500 EC and the other is a SEO contest (concept imitated from PMT) also worth 2500 EC. Your entry could win both prices.

Both contests conclude after I publish the 5th series of PDmo which is published every month, that would be on the first 7 days of July. For the raffle, I’ll randomly pick one of all the entries to receive the price stated above. For the SEO contest, the blog that have the highest rank in Google’s page result of the keywords “Pinoy Dreamer” wins. If the entries that I will be receiving exceeds 50 entries, I will be picking another winner for the SEO contest as a bonus, but I will no longer base it from Google’s page result, but from Yahoo’s. Bonus price is worth 1000 EC.

That’s it!! If you’re so lucky you could win as much as 5000 EC plus a bonus. More than enough ECs to purchase adverts and some merchandise to improve your blog.
