Today is officially the first month of Pinoy Dreamer. (Congrats to me lol). I have been thinking all day on how to make this day special for this blog and I have thought of making a report. I will be giving reports on the standing of Pinoy Dreamer in the blogosphere. And I will be calling this report PDmo (Pinoy Dreamer Monthly Report). The highlights of the report is the statistics of Pinoy Dreamer with regards to the current measures that I am using. These includes Technorati, Alexa traffic rank, Yahoo inlinks, and Google Page Rank, oh, before I forgot, the feedcount as well. Aside from that, I will share all the lessons that I have learned during the month, the accomplishments, the changes I have made in this blog, and everything that concerns the development of Pinoy Dreamer and its blogger.

So here it is, the first of the many series of PDmo.

As of this date, Pinoy Dreamer publicize 10 original articles (including this post) with a total of 59 comments from my very enthusiastic readers. One post became popular (see the Most Feedback section in my sidebar) with the help from my blogger friend Karlo of Pinoyblogero. I’m so lucky that I got the chance to get an exposure from a very popular blogger like him.

Akismet counts that there are 17 comments trying to spam PD, sorry for them, I’m always on guard.
Lessons Learned

I’ve learned that whenever I reproduce contents from other blogs, whether copyrighted or not, I should always ask for permission from the owner of the site.
In writing articles, we should always be true to ourselves. These articles may be subject to many criticism, but I’ve discovered that no matter how hard other people oppose to your opinion and thoughts, they will still respect it.

I really love the theme that I am using right now. It has done a really great job in organizing the contents of PD. I got it free from wpthemesplugin.com. This theme is very customizable. I have a plan of hiring a professional graphic designer to create a good banner of Pinoy Dreamer for me. The header should really be replaced, what do you think? I will also ask the graphic designer to create a 125×125 logo for me so that I can make my entrecard logo appealing and worth clicking. I guess I can use that for other purposes as well.

So I guess this ends the first of the quadrillion series of PDmo. I’m really hoping that there will be lots of PDmo’s to come, well, I think that as long as my writing makes sense, PD will continue to exist. Btw, I would just like to thank Jason of TUK (TheUniversityKid.com) for a very helpful email exchanges I got from him.
